Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout for orders under $50
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): available at checkout for an additional fee
Overnight Shipping: available at checkout where applicable

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Moonlight Showers ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Support@MoonlightShowers.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Moonlight Showers is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
