Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products (personal care items such as lotions, soaps, lip balms, and herbal teas), these items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
Eligible items for return include: bedding, blankets, pillows, throw pillows, blackout curtains, robes, slippers, loungewear, pajamas, sleep masks, mugs, night lights, journals, and other non-personal care items in unused condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color where available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately.
